If you do not have access to this site. This could be for one of the following reasons:

  1. The username and password is CaSe-SenSiTiVe.
    So a small letter MUST be entered as a small letter and a BIG letters MUST be entered as a big letter. 99% of all errors are because of this so please double check that you have entered it correctly!
  2. Remember to type in your username/password exactly as it is. It is case SeNsItIvE.
  3. Your password has been blogged due to excessive use from different users (password trading). This is illegal and will not be tolerated.

  4. Your password has expired. Please renew your membership to enter again.
  5. You have entered a username / password wrong several times and the system has locked you out. Please try again in about an hour.
  6. You were using anonymous access by phone, and the phone connection has been lost/interrupted
